• Demo counselling sessions
• Therapy booking and scheduling

All sessions are delivered by certified mental health professionals.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate information
• You will not misuse the platform
• You understand therapy is not an emergency service

In case of immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
You agree to follow Razorpay’s payment terms during checkout.

4. Booking Policy

• Sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.
• You will receive confirmation by email.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Full refund available if cancelled 24 hours before the counselling session.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take 5–7 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not provide medical emergency services.
We are not responsible for:

• Internet issues
• Device issues
• Third-party failures (Zoom/Google Meet/Razorpay)
