Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your counselling session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • If cancelled before 24 hours → 100% refund.
  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay only.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the session at the scheduled time, the fee is non-refundable.
